String of Butterflies - Act I
The musical titled String of Butterflies is an adaptation of a short film of the same title written and directed by Ruolin Xu and produced by April Tse. The new musical, through its dark fairytale style, will portray the cruelty of an ossified community’s xenophobia by juxtaposing a little girl’s friendliness and innocence with the community’s indifference and aversion to change.
